Our 5C Web Design Process
When we start a design process- we always begin with a “kick off call”. We want to know more about your business and exactly what you are looking for. If you have examples or a general aesthetic in mind, great! If not, that is okay too. We just want to establish a good relationship to start and know how we can best serve you before we begin development.
With enough information to get started our developers and designers sit down and begin strategizing on how to create your website. We begin wire framing your site and creating mock designs that we can send over to get your approval. This process typically takes 2 weeks.
Once the wire frame is complete and initial designs are created we meet with you again to get your thoughts on the project so far. We want to get your input on what you like and don’t like. We take your notes on everything and compile a checklist that we use in the final build of the entire site.
With the aesthetic and functionality in place our designers go through each page individually and lay out the designs and focus on user experience as your clients navigate through the site. At the same time, the developers are coding any needed functionality and integrating any softwares you may need. Another team member is also coordinating with you to get DNS records ready to be set up so we can set your site and email live.
Once the site is complete, you are sent a final preview where you can make final revisions. We also do a check to make sure everything is working in perfect order. The final step is to have an SEO Expert do a technical and on-page optimization of your site to make sure your site has the best chance to show up on search networks so we can bring you new traffic. With everything 100% finished we set your site live and monitor performance shortly after to be available if we need to do any “rapid repairs”
